SUMMARY:Tea Class: Tea and Water Evaluation(English)
DESCRIPTION:Hi tea lovers! \nJoin us for a hands-on exploration of Tea and Water Evaluation\, an essential but often overlooked topic in Chinese tea culture. \nLu Yu\, the Tea Sage\, once wrote in The Classic of Tea that “water is the mother of tea.” Simply put\, the water you use plays a key role in how tea tastes and feels. \nIn this session\, we’ll compare different types of water\, including purified water\, mineral water\, and water with different pH levels and mineral content\,  and see how they affect the color\, aroma\, and flavor of the tea. \nThrough side-by-side brewing and tasting\, we’ll evaluate the differences together\, share observations\, and discuss what kinds of water work best for different teas in everyday brewing. \nTime: 1/25 (Sun)\, 1–3 PMLocation: Teafairy Tearoom
