DESCRIPTION:When we drink oolong tea\, we often say:\n“This one is very aromatic.”\n“This one is smooth.”\n“This one has a nice aftertaste.” \nBut when several different oolong teas are placed side by side\, can you actually taste what makes each one different? \nIn this class\, we’ll explore the flavor structure and distinctive characteristics of oolong tea through guided tasting and comparison. \nOur instructor will introduce a more systematic and practical way to evaluate tea—from the appearance of the dry leaves and aroma to liquor color\, flavor\, body\, sweetness\, mouthfeel\, returning sweetness\, and lingering finish. \nYou may begin to notice that aroma has layers\, flavor has structure\, and even “tastes good” can be understood in a much more specific way. \nThink of it as a little workout for your palate. \nNo previous tea knowledge is required\, and there’s no need to memorize complicated terminology. We’ll simply taste\, compare\, and explore together.
