In Part Two, we’ll dive deeper into the heart of Wuyi Rock Tea with a special focus on the legendary Four Famous Bushes——
Shui Jin Gui, Tie Luo Han, Bai Ji Guan and Ban Tian Yao .
These four classic cultivars each represent a unique expression of Yancha — from bold and roasted, to floral and bright. You’ll learn how to identify their distinctive characteristics, how processing techniques shape their personalities, and the cultural stories behind each tea.
We’ll also taste all four side-by-side to explore the incredible range and complexity within the world of Wuyi oolong.
