"Encounter" Beginner Tea Learning Course
Course Outline:
- Encounter “The Past and Present of Tea”
- Tea Ceremony Etiquette and Spiritual Civilization.
- Understanding the Six Major Types of Chinese Tea
- Practical Tea Brewing and Tasting of the Six Major Types
- Use and Maintenance of Various Tea Utensils
- Tea Table Arrangement Aesthetics and Flower Arrangement
- Song Dynasty Aesthetics and Tea Whisking Experience
- Graduation Tea Party
The beginner course consists of eight sessions, each session lasting 2 hours. The fee is $65 per session, which includes all learning materials, tea utensils, and tea.

- Each student can retake the beginner course for free (schedule to be coordinated with the instructor)
