Hi tea lovers! Join us for an exciting class all about Raw Pu’er (Sheng Pu) tea! In this session, we’ll explore the rich history of Sheng Pu’er, dive into its unique production methods, and learn about the key regions where it’s produced. Plus, we’ll guide you through a tasting experience to help you fully appreciate its flavors and complexity.
In Part Two, we will explore two major Pu-erh tea regions — Lincang and Pu’er. Lincang is known for its pronounced sweetness, while Pu’er is celebrated for its bright and expressive aroma.
What kinds of natural ecosystems and processing techniques give rise to their distinct flavor and fragrance profiles? We’ll answer these questions one by one in class.
You’ll also have the opportunity to taste a curated selection of premium raw Pu-erh teas from both regions.
