Hi tea friends! Welcome to our monthly tea class taught in English! This is our 4th class since the start of this series, and the 1st class in 2025! In this session, we will be discussing one of the six major tea types: white tea! This will be a 2 hour session where we share background knowledge of white tea, and taste several different subtypes! Time: 1/12 (Sunday), 1-3 PM Location: Teafairy Tearoom Content: What is white tea? How is white tea made? What are the major varieties? What about aged white tea? How to brew white tea?
