Join us for an exploration of Southern Fujian Oolongs, featuring the classics Tieguanyin and Zhangping Shuixian. These teas, rooted in Anxi and Zhangping, reflect the unique taste of Northern Fujian region.
We’ll uncover the heritage and craftsmanship behind Tieguanyin — the “Iron Goddess” — and Zhangping Shuixian, the only oolong traditionally pressed into cakes. Through a guided tasting, you’ll experience their signature flavor and discover why they’ve become icons of Fujian tea culture.
