Join us for an introduction to Fujian Black Teas, the birthplace of the world’s first black tea. In this class, we’ll cover the basics of black tea production, then dive into Fujian’s most celebrated varieties — Lapsang Souchong, Jinjunmei, and Fujian Gongfu Black Teas.

Through guided tasting, you’ll experience their distinct character: from the smooth sweetness of Jinjunmei to the classic depth of Lapsang Souchong. Discover how Fujian’s heritage and craftsmanship shaped the black teas enjoyed worldwide today.
